Joy Prokash is working In Center for People & Environ (CPE) as Research Associate. He is a dedicated researcher, practitioner, data analyst. He has over a year of research experience in disaster management, Environmental science, Climate change, GIS and remote sensing for the environment.
He pursued his bachelor in “Disaster Management” from Patuakhali Science and Technology University and he is currently studying MS in “Agroforestry and Environmental Science” at Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University. His B.Sc research were on “Measuring Disaster Resilience of coastal communities to climate change: A study on South-central Coastal Latachapli Union at Kalapara, Patuakhali, Bnagladesh”. He has two international publication on “Occupational Musculoskeletal and Respiratory Illness among Brick Kiln Industry Workers in Bangladesh”, and “Factors Affecting to Adoption of Climate-smart Agriculture Practices by Coastal Farmers’ in Bangladesh”.
