We are hiring a HR & Admin Officer.
Center for People and Environ CPE is a research and policy Organization.
Educational Qualification:
- BBA/MBA/Human Resources from any recognized university in Bangladesh
Professional experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in HR administration in NGO/Research Organization/Business entity or any other related organizations,
Responsibilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Review and implement HR and financial policies.
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Update office policies as needed
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Book meeting rooms as required
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Schedule in-house and external events
- Every day update to Director.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a HR & Admin or similar role
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Solid knowledge of admin and accounting procedures
- Knowledge on procurement
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of admin regulations
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Sharp time management skills
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Oral and verbal skill in English
Salary: BDT 30000.00.
