Recruitment HR and Admin

We are hiring a HR & Admin Officer.

Center for People and Environ CPE is a research and policy Organization.

Educational Qualification:

  • BBA/MBA/Human Resources from any recognized university in Bangladesh

Professional experience:

Minimum 2 years experience in HR administration in NGO/Research Organization/Business entity or any other related organizations,

Responsibilities

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Review and implement HR and financial policies.
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Update office policies as needed
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Book meeting rooms as required
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Schedule in-house and external events
  • Every day update to Director.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a HR & Admin or similar role
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Solid knowledge of admin and accounting procedures
  • Knowledge on procurement
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Knowledge of admin regulations
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Sharp time management skills
  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
  • Oral and verbal skill in English

Salary: BDT 30000.00.
