We are Hiring a Communication, Reporting, and Public Relations Associate

Job Location: Dhaka CPE Head office but frequent visits at project locations (If necessary)

Positions: One

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with management to develop and implement an effective communications strategy based on the CPE target audience.
• Write, edit, and distribute content, including publications, press releases, website content, and social media, that communicates the organization’s activities, products and/or services.
• Respond to media inquiries, arrange interviews, and provide advisory support to Management.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with journalists, and government agencies, and maintain a database.
• Seek opportunities to enhance the reputation of the organization, and coordinate publicity events as required.
• Maintain records of media coverage and collate analytics and metrics.
• Manage conflict as it arises and escalate to management.
• Provide communication or editorial support to operations and other units
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director and Communication Team.

Educational Qualification

Master’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, English or any other related disciplines.

Expertise:

• At least one year of relevant experience in a communications, media, or journalist role.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Graphic Design software, content management systems, and social media platforms is an advantage
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Creativity and problem-solving aptitude.

Salary
Monthly salary BDT 25000.00-30000.00 BDT
