Final Evaluation of the Tearfund Project

Purpose of the study

The purpose of the final evaluation is to assess the performance of the SRH, Immunization, and Nutrition Support Services for Rohingya Refugees project.

Objective of the evaluation study

The specific objectives of the final evaluation are:

  • To measure the relevance of the project in addressing critical gaps in health and nutrition services.
  • To assess the extent to which program objectives and outcomes have been achieved.
  • To evaluate resource utilization to determine cost-efficiency.
  • To identify both the intended and unintended (positive or negative) impacts of the interventions.
  • To determine the sustainability of benefits beyond the project’s lifecycle.
  • To analyze the coherence of the project’s initiatives with other humanitarian programs in the region.

Methodology

Desk studies of documents provided by FH Bangladesh

Review of documents, strategy, policies, statistics, etc.

Participatory research to get actual data, perspectives, and experiential knowledge through In-depth interviews (IDI)

Participatory capacity analysis of community, and institutional levels through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and Key Informant Interview (KII).
