Educational Requirements

Expertise

• Data cleaning, visualization, and reporting using Microsoft Excel
• Single- and multiple-response data analysis with pivot tables
• KoboToolbox data collection and management basics
• Descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression analysis
• Climatic data trend analysis and time series modeling
• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Continuous learning, adaptability, and open-minded research approach
• Research experience in climate change, DRR, and climate-smart development (priority)
• Advanced English writing skills
• Innovative thinking and problem-solving under pressure
• Basic understanding of statistical analysis

Responsibilities

• He/She will perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel, including data cleaning, visualization, and reporting.

• He/She will conduct single-response and multiple-response data analysis, including pivot table applications.

• He/She will apply KoboToolbox for data collection and management.

• He/She will perform statistical tests with a strong understanding of correlation, regression, and descriptive statistics.

• He/She will analyze climatic parameter data through trend analysis and time series modeling.

• He/She will work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

• He/She will demonstrate continuous learning ability, adaptability, and an open-minded approach in research environments.

• He/She will contribute to research in climate change, disaster risk reduction (DRR), and climate-smart development as a priority area.

• He/She will produce high-quality technical reports, briefs, and academic publications with advanced English writing skills.

• He/She will apply innovative thinking and problem-solving skills to research and project challenges.

• He/She will utilize a basic understanding of statistical analysis to support both quantitative and qualitative research processes.

Salary
Monthly honorarium BDT. 10000/-
