Educational Requirements

Graduates in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from a recognized public or private university in Bangladesh. Freshers will get priority if the expertise is met.

 

Expertise

  • Experienced in Full-Stack Website Development, REST API Development, and Database Management.
  • Skilled in Python, PHP, JavaScript, Java, C, C++, SQL, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and Flutter App Development.Experienced in Django, Flask, Laravel, Node.js, responsive UI/UX design, and mobile-friendly web development.
  • Strong knowledge of MySQL, MariaDB, Firebase, SQLite, API integration, and server-side development.
  • Experienced in research data collection, data cleaning, visualization, and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiar with descriptive statistics, correlation, regression analysis, and digital survey platforms like KoboToolbox, SurveyCTO, Qualtrics, and Google Forms.
  • Skilled in Graphics Design using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.
  • Familiar with Git/GitHub, Linux, hosting management, debugging, deployment, and basic cybersecurity.
  • Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and research-oriented skills
  • Data cleaning, visualization, and reporting using Microsoft Excel
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Continuous learning, adaptability, and open-minded research approach
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Perform data collection, cleaning, analysis, visualization, and reporting using Microsoft Excel and digital survey tools.

  • Manage and maintain research databases, web-based forms, and digital data collection systems.

  • Conduct statistical analysis including descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression analysis.

  • Support research activities related to climate change, disaster risk reduction (DRR), and development studies.

  • Develop and manage online survey systems using KoboToolbox, SurveyCTO, Qualtrics, and Google Forms.

  • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and research documentation with strong English writing skills.

  • Assist in website maintenance, REST API integration, and data management for research projects.

  • Work collaboratively with research teams while meeting deadlines under pressure.

  • Apply problem-solving, analytical thinking, and innovative approaches in research and development tasks.
